Is there anything more disgusting than seeing yellowy, orange, waxy nastiness in someone’s ear? Super gross! Part of the hygiene game is keeping your ears clean.
Aaron Marino of alpha m. covers two options for keeping ears squeaky clean:
- Q Tip– it gets a bad rap but here’s the deal. You’re not jousting. Don’t go in too deep. Get a tight cotton swab version. The best time to clean is after a shower. Trace your ear (folds) first.
- Hydrogen Peroxide– removes excess wax and cleans ears. Saturate a cotton ball, lie down, squeeze into your ear. Hang out and wait for about 5 – 10 minutes when the bubbling and hissing subsides. When you’re done with that side, do the other ear.
