He suggests eliminating dairy because the lactose holds thin layer of fat between skin and muscle. Additionally, soy milk is worse in regard to getting lean because it increases estrogen. Therefore, if you are going to drink milk go to skim or 1%. Almond milk is great. But if you are looking to get lean, reduce dairy for a period of time.
