How to Make Shorts from Old Jeans | Men’s Shorts
Aaron Marino of alpha m. hates buying razor blades. Like car tires, they aren’t sexy but are a necessity. If you want to shave, you need razor blades. So, how can you extend the blade of your razor?
To extend the life of your blade, wash it off really well then dry the blade. Blow on it and as much of the crap is off as possible. Store it. Next time you shave, you need your jeans. Run the blade up, against the jeans quickly upward 10 to 20 times. This action sharpens, hones, and removes excess gunk on the blade. The blade is sharper longer.
To have a strip of jeans to use, grab an old pair of jeans you don’t like or change your jeans into shorts. Cut a section of the jeans (a small strip). Fold it and store where you keep your razor. BANG! Your razor is going to last longer! It’s a simple and easy way of preserving the life of your razor.
