What Is Porn?
Pornography includes soft to hard even abusive & illegal. And that’s where part of the issue lies. Porn doesn’t have to be a ‘bad’ thing — like anything else, it can be unhealthy in large quantities. As a young dude, Victoria Secret was Alpha’s porn. Now, instead of having to search out a ‘girlie mag’, you can find whatever you want on your cell phone or computer.
How much is too much?
The amount of porn that is too much depends on you. Also, you can now find any kind of porn content — so access to perversions is accessible. Critics think it’s the gateway. but that’s a BIG line to cross from looking & jacking off to going out & seeking it. For the vast majority of people, this doesn’t happen. Porn is just an outlet. Also, couples use porn to facilitate action which can be beneficial. Does pornography objectify women? Yes, and some of it is unhealthy and dangerous.
Porn Is Fantasy
Everyone has seen some type of porn, but what we each have seen depends on personal preference. Pornography is fantasy. And if you understand that and not let it rule your life, it’s not necessarily a bad thing. It is bad if you think porn is reality. Couples don’t interact like that, and sex is not like a porn video. If you feel like you have a problem and porn consumes your life, there is help out there. You can choose to consume or not too. Likewise, thinking all porn is bad is insane and ridiculous.
