It's not how strong you are but how strong you look.

  1. Start with dumbells for 10 -12 flies.
  2. Go into shoulder press for 8 -12 reps.
  3. Lie back for bench press for 10 -12 reps.
  4. If you want to go to a 4th exercise, finish it up with push-ups.
  5. Repeat for 3 sets.
