Fuck you money! Why you should strive for this? For simply financial security. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro says that ‘fuck you money’ makes you think of is crazy nuts, successful, and rich dudes like Mark Cuban, Mark Zuckerberg, and Bill Gates. It’s a way of stating you’re financially independent and you can say ‘fuck you’ to your employer or a business proposition with out affecting your living standards noticeably.
Living Scared
He had always lived scared until about five years ago. He remembers it like it was yesterday. His fitness centers were closing, he was working at a golf course driving a beer cart, and it was Christmas time. One day, while out shopping with his wife, she pointed out a picture she liked. He had only $20 left on his credit card and some change in a jar. Pulling both together, he was able to get his wife the picture. Then his credit card was over the limit and shut off.
Five Years Ago and $5K
About 5 years ago, he remembers the day that he opened his bank account and had $5K. He had ‘fuck you money’. He felt free. He was not longer worried about money all the time. He had enough money to survive.
Financial Security
You hear the term ‘fuck you money’ thrown around by the super rich. That’s not a reality for us, but that doesn’t mean that there’s not some level of financial security that gives you options and makes you feel like you don’t have to put up with the shit at your job. You may end up staying at the job because having the ‘fuck you money’ changes something in your mind. For Alpha, it was $5K. For someone who likes material possessions, it may be more.
