In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is at Costco because he ran out of some of his dietary staples. Costco is the best place for healthy food and eating clean.
Eating healthily can be expensive, but you can get the best bang for your buck than Costco. Today, he purchased 3 bags of quinoa ($10 for 4.5 pounds), 4 packs of salmon, and 4 packs of tilapia. They also have an amazing selection of chicken and beef.
Alpha is into fish lately as he's burned out of chicken. Eating fish twice a day has been easier for him to say lean. The fats are good, and the calories are low. Alpha either grills or bakes the fish via a weekly monster cooking session. He also makes a huge batch of quinoa which is like rice with a higher protein and low glycemic index. It's easy to make and great with vegetables added to it.
The other cool thing with Costco, they are always giving out samples. Also their bottled water is fantastic (purified and delicious). He got $2.99 for 40 bottles of water. The other warehouse clubs (Sam's and BJ's) are additional options, although Alpha prefers Costco. The one downside to thse warehouse clubs is the membership charge ($55 per year), but the benefits are worth it.
