  1. Consistency is key and control
  2. Focus by giving yourself one hour in the gym and no more.
  3. Variety by changing out your workout every single workout (quantity, order, weight, reps)
  4. Mix compound movements (multiple joints) with isolation
  5. Have a plan before you go!
