Think about what you'd be like had you stuck to last year's resolution. So this year, pick one and stick to it as a lifestyle change.This year, make a systematic plan by writing it down. Execute the plan.

It's not easy but you have the power to do what you want to do. It starts with that one thing - get yourself in shape. When you like the person you see, it allows you to be more confident and fulfill aspects in other areas of your life.

Take that first step, If you fall down, get yourself back up. There's no shame in screwing up. The shame is giving up. This is the year- you've got this!
