How to Dead Lift
Aaron Marino of alpha m. covers the two lower body exercises that give you the best bang for your buck. Be sure to check out the video where Alpha covers the two upper body exercises that he chooses over all others. These two exercises will change your overall physique not just your lower body! It's about symmetry, so you have to do your lower body as well. You can't get symmetrical without doing legs!

Alpha's #1 lower body exercise is squats. They are one of the two essential exercises for the lower body: core, abs, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and quads. They are tough - and you can use the Smith machine if you want to be safe.

Alpha's #2 lower body exercises is dead lifts. They engage the entire body. If you want to see your body change, incorporate dead lifts into your workout. Proper form is necessary. Start slow and don't worry about impressing anyone! Don't worry about anyone else's workout but yours.
