Chest Dips

Chest dips are a tough exercises that can be modified. Aaron Marino of alpha m. demonstrates two versions.

Start with body hanging with feet crossed and elbows stay out and wide. You can add weight to make them even harder. These are tough, and if you haven't workout out (beginner), use an assisted dip machine. Aaron shows how to use the machine which has a counter-weight to you.
