Guys who workout start having an issue with finding clothes off the rack that fit well. Manny gives advice about this issue, such as broad shoulders & chest, massive quads, thick booty. He also gives workout advice. He doesn't use 'super high level' words with good solid information.

His goal is similar to Alpha's- feel better about yourself. Dressing great, having a nice body, working out, and taking care of yourself will all improve your confidence. Alpha has been enjoying his blog, and he thinks you will too! Manny, knuckle bump brother!
