Body fat in relation to muscle mass is out of whack and out of balance. Thin arms and legs with a doughy mid-section is this skinny fat. This epidemic increases your risk for diseases. #1 that you have to do is pump some iron! You need to have the muscle mass to offset the body fat to lower your health risk of illnesses.
