So, here's the situation. A viewer has a situation about his torso. He's concerned about the indentations at his hips. Is there is something he can do in the gym or with diet to fill out his torso-- see picture of torso in question.

The picture illustrates a young age as well as someone who has not been hitting the gym. The areas will fill out with time and working out. Remember we are our own worst critics-- no body else notices these things.

On a side note, Alpha's going out on a limb that he gets more shirtless 'selfies' of dudes than any other straight guy. He's receiving them for advice about diet and exercise mainly.
