You know what to do and what the answer is. Take care of yourself and get fit. As a result, you will stand up straighter and feel better about yourself. Wearing sweat pants, tee shirt, and ball cap is easy, safe, and lazy! Get in the gym and do something. Dieting sucks but you have to make you a priority. Now is the time!

Alpha has no sympathy for people who are using excuses to prevent themselves from moving forward. Alpha says to 'knock it off' and stop making excuses. Get into the gym. Everything will start to get better! Alpha is passionate about this!

New Year's Resolutions never work. You bite off more than you can chew. The deal is that you need to take it one step at a time. Start putting together the pieces. Start with a diet or exercise plan. Do it for a few weeks. Get comfortable then add another piece. All of the sudden you've lost weight. A year from now, you're puzzle is almost complete! Think of it as pieces not a total picture.

Fitness is the best place to start as your self-esteem starts from there. Do it for yourself and stop making excuses.
