Chocolate Shake | Healthy Eating

Aaron Marino of alpha m. presents a chocolate shake that is incredibly healthy and tastes great! He uses the Magic Bullet to make the shake and demonstrates how to use the contraption.

Ingredients: 1 TBSP natural peanut butter, few shakes Stevia, 1/2 TBSP unsweetened chocolate powder, 1 scoop Chocolate Champion whey protein, and small amount of crushed ice.  Add water then blend for 15 seconds.

The calories for this chocolate shake are: (1) without peanut butter 140 calories and (2) with the peanut butter 240 calories. For an extra treat, he adds cereal to the bottom of the shake which adds more calories.
