Life According to Alpha

Defined and Structured Face | Pick Up and Peacocking

Aaron Marino of alpha m. addresses two topics: how to achieve a defined and structured face as well as pick-up and peacocking.

How to get a more defined and structured face.

Genetics determine your facial structure such as your nose, ears, and chin. To get more defined cheekbones and stronger jaw, you can lose body fat. Exercise and eating properly will reduce fat in the face and pronounce facial features. Aaron shows a perfect example during the video.

The art of pick-up and peacocking.

Some of the stuff the pick-up artist community works and gives you and edge. However, he doesn't agree with peacocking and reads the definition. He says he understands what they are trying to get you to do. But you should get attention for the RIGHT reasons rather than for an item of clothing sticking out to everyone around. He says the overall package is what is important, including all of the little things that you are doing right. It's all of the little pieces that you are working on in IAmAlphaM rather than wearing a rhinestone cowboy hat.
