Alpha has a very serious question for you! How do you like his tee shirt? He got it at the J. Crew outlet at the beach. In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaMAaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro says this video is not about the tee shirt -- it's about the trip to Florida.

While driving to Florida, Aaron and his wife chatted.

His wife works for corporate America - she likes going to work as well as her 401K and benefits. The downside of working in an office environment is that you don't always love the people you work with, but you have to manage working with them. She tells Aaron about this one guy in her office who is nasty and tries to tear down people. This guy is abusive. But it's not just him - there are others she deals with but wouldn't want to even have coffee with them.

Alpha Doesn't Take It for Granted

During this time, Antonio Centeno calls (his partner with MENfluential Conference aka StyleCon). Alpha realizes that the best part of his job is working with people that he loves. He loves them all, and they make him feel amazing. Every person he works with, he loves them all so much. Even the people he's come to know through the Internet are fantastic. He appreciates how he gets to make these videos AND that he gets to hang out with people that he loves daily. He doesn't take it for granted.

Life Is Too Short

If you think about being an entrepreneur, it's hard to be successful. But if you find your niche and surround yourself with respectful people, every day is amazing! If you find something that you love doing and get paid for it, you don't actually 'work' a single day of your life. If you are in a work environment with toxic energy, it's critical to look for something else because life is too short to hate what you do and / or who you do it with.
