Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return.

Custom Orders – Some of our orders are made just for you. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund, but we want you to be completely thrilled with your order and will work with you to make sure we get it right. Please let us know via email if you are unsatisfied in any way with our products or service and we will do our best to make you happy.

General Return Policy

Return Policy for Refunds

You may return most items sold by within 30 days from the invoice date  for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.


Return Policy for Replacement

At, we offer a 30 day warranty for product replacement. To prevent order discrepancies all returns indicating an exchange of a different item will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Return Procedure
