Aaron Marino of alpha m. recommends whitening your teeth with a bleaching solution every 4 -5 months with molds. How straight your teeth is not as important as how white your teeth are.
Aaron ordered a set of molds online which are like mouth-guards (http://www.overstock.com) with bleaching solution. You could also go to a sporting goods store for a mouth-guard, but the trays may be bulky. In regard to the solution, Aaron likes Bright White due to it’s ingredients.
Tooth sensitivity can be a side effect of whitening teeth. Keep in mind that the higher the percent increases tooth sensitivity. 17% is the concentration recommended. When you are ready to use the bleaching system, place the solution into the molds and wear during the night.
