Chest Secret Weapon Workout

Aaron Marino of alpha m. is incredibly excited about this workout! He came up with a tough exercise that made him crazy sore. It incorporates cable flies and push ups. Everyone is fixated on bench press, but Alpha’s opinion is that stretching exercises cause the chest striations.

This exercise is totally legit and a game changer! Put this in the middle of your workout. The first set burns incredibly bad! Perform 3 sets, perhaps 4 sets.

  1. Cables on Knees – in center, sitting back on heels, elbows up, squeeze / stretch, and pause at bottom. 10 reps
  2. Push Ups – 8 reps
  3. Flies – 5 to 6 to finish
