Alpha’s version is not a typical salad. The salad base is kale which is incredibly dark leafy green. Kale is nutrient dense but is more bitter than iceberg or romaine. He also uses cucumber, tomato, and hearts of palm. Add salt and pepper then garlic powder. Instead of bottled mayo-based dressing, he uses rice wine vinegar that is sweet and acidic. Shake your salad. What you are left with is a delicious and nutritious salad that is low calorie, filling, and healthy. Aaron eats two of these a day!
