Aaron Marino discusses the consumption of alcohol and progress of weight loss program. Abstain from consuming alcohol if you are under legal drinking age. Alcohol has a high caloric value with little to no nutritional value. Realistically, moderation is key to everything.

You can’t binge drink daily and keep a relatively put together life. If you want to have a few drinks once a week, go for it. You can’t be incredibly strict on your diet all the time. You have to keep it once a week, however. If you drink a lot, you are going to get fat, and most likely, in the mid-section. Some alcohol is more caloric than other alcohol.
