Squatty Potty
Alpha loves Shark Tank, and every once in a while, he has to try one of the products. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro introduces the Squatty Potty which was featured on Shark Tank and subsequently got from his wife for Christmas.
We were meant to squat when we poop, which Alpha goes over the biology. When you are on the toilet, things don’t flow like they should. When we squat, it’s ‘smooth sailing’ and natural.
Next, Alpha takes you on a field trip to the bathroom. He demonstrates how the Squatty Potty works and adds that he’s a big fan of complete evacuation. He doesn’t like to feel backed-up, and the Squatty Potty helps to keep your colon healthy.
