Incredible Shoulder Superset

One of Aaron Marino of alpha m. favorite body parts to workout is shoulders. Well developed shoulders (mid, front, rear) really adds the finishing touches to a great physique.  This superset is a crazy intense burn on those shoulders!

 Alpha starts at the squat rack with the straight bar. Go slow and don’t go heavy. Do 3 – 4 sets.

  1. First set is front raises for 12 reps.
  2. Next set is an upright row for 12 reps.
  3. Third set is shoulder press behind or in front of head for 12 reps.
