People think (IF) is ‘amazing’; however, Aaron thinks that the method is like a calorie-restricted diet. If you consuming less than you burn off, you lose weight. The typical way of eating is spacing the calories throughout the day. With (IF), you are cramming the calories in the small window and then consuming water- so the diet is nothing remarkable. But be aware of your metabolism as eating every few hours increases it.
