I Am Frames and Face Shape

December 7, 2011
You need frames that add character that add style and dimension to your face. Aaron Marino of alpha m. goes over choosing frames based on face shape.

This information is generally accepted by image and eye-wear professionals. Aaron recommends trying on frames and taking pictures of yourself.  Then ask family, friends, and co-workers their opinions.

  • The oval shape face is the easiest to fit and can wear almost any frames.
  • The square shaped face is angular, so try round or oval shaped frames.
  • The round shaped face is balanced and needs angular frames for sharpness and definition.
  • The diamond shaped face is challenging to fit, so have fun and experiment to find the perfect look.
