Keep glancing in their direction. Don’t just stare. Be subtle with little glances. Then use a smirk, head-nod, and look away. Go about your business. When you catch their eye again, give them the grill. Give them the smile like, “You caught me.”
Now is time to be bold by introducing yourself. Simply walk up and say hello & introduce yourself. Don’t freeze. Be prepared with the follow-up statement or question. Don’t keep trying to sell yourself. If you seem desperate, it’s as bad as seeming insecure. We aren’t born being good at flirting. The more you do it, the more comfortable you become.
