In the morning, drink water, eat breakfast, and then brush / floss teeth. The night before can also reduce severity of morning breath. Brush / floss teeth before bed then rinse with alcohol-free mouth wash. Follow with gargling with baking soda. You can also swallow a little bit of it to coat your entire tongue. Lastly, don’t sleep with your mouth open: blow your nose or use a neti-pot before sleep.
