Aaron didn’t develop into a morning person until he became a personal trainer, having to meet clients at 6am. He overslept about every 2-weeks. He ultimately bought two obnoxious and loud alarm clocks. He put one by his bed and one where he had to get up out of bed to turn it off.
Now, the latest Aaron sleeps-in is 6:30am on the weekends. Over time, your internal clock adjusts. Getting up early is a great time to get things done and get your cardio done. The early bird catches the worm.
