Do you have a favorite shirt that you absolutely love? What about that perfect pair of jeans? Aaron Marino of alpha m. asks how many days in a row is it okay to wear these beloved items? This question was actually asked by one of IAmAlphaM viewers.
You should change your clothes daily. But if you don’t have a large enough wardrobe, you can wear the same thing on multiple days. Also, just because you wear something doesn’t mean it’s dirty– if you haven’t been sweating, you can hang it up to wear again. But if you have 5 shirts and pants, you have no reason not to alternate. So avoid wearing the same thing consecutive days in a row. Remember we are talking about consecutive wears:
- socks and underwear- 1 wear
- jeans (basic)- 2 to 3 wears
- t shirts- 1 wear
- outerwear (light jackets)- multiple wears
