Steve is starting to take *grooming shape* with his ears, eyebrows, and nose taken care of. He has one of the most masculine, manly, thick, and busy beards. Aaron Marino of alpha m. attempts different facial hair options.
With a beard, make sure the line along the jawline is clean. For the template, follow the jaw bone where it gets soft. Before you attack it with a razor, remove the longer hairs which will make shaving much easier. Go against the grain to get it nice and short for a comfortable shave.
You also want to get high-up on the cheek to remove stray hairs and add a nice / distinct clean boundary. Come in with grooming tool with low setting and go up all over. With shaving cream, create a template for shaving. With a razor, clean-up everything that is covered with shaving cream. Use small strokes. The straighter the line the better it looks. You are left with a short, designer stubble beard. Next, we’ll turn it into a goatee.
