Failure is a lack of success or omission of a required & expected reaction. Failing is disappointing and can be downright heartbreaking. Failing is the worst feeling, but it’s a critical component to success. If you haven’t failed, you either haven’t tried or your goals aren’t high enough. Benefits to Failure
Failure builds character, resolve, and makes success that much sweeter. Alpha learned that success is not always what you expect or what you hope. Success is not a straight line. You need to try things to be successful and ultimately some of those things won’t work.
Failure doesn’t mean that it’s monstrous but sometimes that *might* happen. If you get back up on the horse and keep trying, you will eventually succeed. Alpha has failed so much, but it’s okay. At the time, it felt horrible and heartbreaking. What made matters worse was that he only had a Plan A.
The Secret to Success
The secret to success is good decisions. What makes good decisions? Experience. How do you get experience? Bad decisions. Alpha has made some of the best decisions from bad decisions.
Failure has bad connotations, but there are upsides to it. You will survive failure, and you will make a better decision. You are not a failure. You may do things that fail, but you are resilient. Remember, to be inspired, surround yourself with inspiring people.
