Aaron responds that the glutamine should be taken post workout and then before going to bed because you want your muscles already broken down. Creatine should pre and post workout as it’s rehydrating your muscles. When you are taking creatine, spike your insulin level to draw the creatine into the muscle cells. Take it with a higher sugar content beverage like Gatorade or Powerade. Make sure to stay away from acidity in juices since it effects the molecular structure of the creatine.
