8 Rules {Good Looking} Guys BREAK … That You Should Too

April 23, 2024
Being a good-looking dude has never been easier. Years ago, you needed to be tall, muscular, and stacked with a big weiner, great jawline, amazing skin, and beautiful hair. Nowadays, have you seen some of the dudes who are considered ‘tens’? Sexy can be quirky, weird, edgy, whacked, and more. I will review some of the rules that good-looking guys break that you should also break.

Break these antiquated rules

  1. Men need perfect hair. You should not be a hot mess, and you should care about your hair, but it’s time to let it go and grow. Let it be more natural. Currently, men have more wild and luscious locks. They’re embracing their natural texture and style. Men use less styling products, so hair doesn’t look as perfect as it was five years ago.
  2. Clothing should match perfectly, and trends should be followed. Instead, start dressing weirder and embrace your quirky personal style. Sure, you need clothing that fits, and you need to pay attention to what you’re wearing, but you don’t need a perfect outfit with perfectly pressed khakis and a nice, neat button-up shirt tucked in perfectly with a belt that matches. Embrace your style that resonates with who you are and add personal touches and flare.
  3. Men need perfect facial hair. Let it rock & roll and grow. Don’t worry if it’s patchy and not perfect. Embrace your facial hair however the follicles have formed. In the old days, you were either clean-shaven or grew a beard or mustache. Men had nice, neat, and perfect facial hair. Now, guys are letting it grow to see what happens.
  4. Men shouldn’t use skin care because it’s for chicks. In the past, guys didn’t embrace their skin as they are now. Men are dealing with their blackheads, breakouts, anti-aging, and ashy skin. Stick with uncomplicated skincare, which Tiege Hanley gives you in one easy-to-use system.
  5. Men shouldn’t embrace neck-down grooming. In the past, men did not care for their nails like now. Now, it’s super masculine to get a manicure or a pedicure. Girls look at your hands; you don’t want them nasty, dirty, and crusty. Also, shaving your chest, legs, pubes, and balls is not ‘gay.’ There’s nothing wrong with any of that.
  6. Thinking should be inflexible. In the past, people were more close-minded and rigid. People saw things as black or white. Today, there is a lot more gray area. and people are more open-minded. One thing that makes men attractive and good-looking is being okay with others being different. It doesn’t mean they necessarily agree or embrace that lifestyle, but if it doesn’t affect you directly, don’t worry about what other people are doing or who they choose to love. Worry about you. You have enough issues and you’re trying to be the best person you can.
  7. Men should hold a standard 9 to 5 job. Every successful man in the past used to get dressed to go to the office for a 9 to 5 job. Now, people are making money online and starting side hustles. You can use the internet to make a buck, turning into $100K monthly. The barriers to entry and being successful have never been lower and easier. You can copy what others have done to get successful, which is that being financially stable is attractive. It’s a good look.
  8. Men should be ashamed of taking care of their bodies. Taking care of your physique doesn’t mean you’re arrogant and egotistical. Every dude should take care of their body and be as healthy as possible. You will automatically be perceived as better looking if you have a nice body because dudes who have a low body fat percentage are undeniably sexier than guys with dad bods.
