Aaron Marino discusses the consumption of alcohol and progress of weight loss program. Abstain from consuming alcohol if you are under legal drinking age. Alcohol has a high caloric value with little to no nutritional value. Realistically, moderation is key to everything.

You can’t binge drink daily and keep a relatively put together life. If you want to have a few drinks once a week, go for it. You can’t be incredibly strict on your diet all the time. You have to keep it once a week, however. If you drink a lot, you are going to get fat, and most likely, in the mid-section. Some alcohol is more caloric than other alcohol. Refer to the link below for ‘Get Drunk Not Fat.” Be careful of and stay away from are mixers (sugary sodas, creamy drinks).  Aaron recommends to consume with moderation and stick to diet mixers.
