How to Keep Your Stomach Flat
First, Alpha takes you to the gym to demonstrate the #1 exercise that keeps his abs showing. CARDIO! Everyone has abs. It’s just a matter of getting your body fat low enough to see them. With diet and exercise, you can see your abs. Eat cleanly. Do cardio (30 -45 minutes a few times a week), which Alpha personally does a lot to stay fit. Also, he does abs once a week. Remember, however, it’s not about crunches and hanging leg raises. It’s about getting your body fat low.
