The Aaron Marino Breakfast | Healthy Eating

Aaron Marino of alpha m. does his cardio 1st thing in the morning and then is starving. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. By skipping breakfast, you’re doing your metabolism a great disservice.

He eats the same breakfast every day as a creature of habit

    • He starts with 6 egg whites and demonstrates how to separate the yolks from the whites.
    • Then he makes a Super Shake made from 3/4 cup of Fiber One cereal, 5 grams of powdered glutamine, 3/4 scoop of Champion Chocolate protein powder, and 1 heaping tbsp of psyllium husk. After all ingredients are in a large glass, fill the rest with ice cold water. Drink the shake quickly due to the psyllium husk.
    • He finishes his breakfast with grapefruit , green apple, or other fruit.
