He eats the same breakfast every day as a creature of habit
- He starts with 6 egg whites and demonstrates how to separate the yolks from the whites.
- Then he makes a Super Shake made from 3/4 cup of Fiber One cereal, 5 grams of powdered glutamine, 3/4 scoop of Champion Chocolate protein powder, and 1 heaping tbsp of psyllium husk. After all ingredients are in a large glass, fill the rest with ice cold water. Drink the shake quickly due to the psyllium husk.
- He finishes his breakfast with grapefruit , green apple, or other fruit.
