Ingredients

High quality protein, lemon concentrate or fresh lemon, psyllium fiber (optional), natural sweetener like Stevia, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Alpha used to use the Magic Bullet, but now he’s using the Ninja.

Directions

  1. Fill 1/3 ice
  2. Scoop vanilla protein, sweetener, 3 tsp flax, 2 tsp chia seeds
  3. Add fiber (optional)
  4. Squirt lemon concentrate (1 TBSP) and add water
  5. Blend
