The 20 Rep Workout Challenge

Alpha has something special for you that he wants to share. It’s the 20 Rep Challenge! Aaron Marino of alpha m. says you don’t have to go heavy to progress. Trying to go super heavy is counterproductive. It gets you nothing but hurt unless you’re a power lifter or someone who needs explosive strength. You, however, simply need a great workout and have your body to be challenged and respond.

Alpha has been trying 20 rep workouts for every set recently. His body has been SORE! No matter the exercise, try and do 20 reps for each set. Use a weight that is challenge but you can muscle out 20 good reps. Don’t cheat or go super fast. Your workouts will be phenomenal. Your body will respond because you threw it a curve-ball. Try it for at least week!
